Products that are vulnerable and require maintenance at low temperatures, are packed in insulated boxes of expanded polystyrene (lightweight thermal insulation material) at temperatures 0-4 οC for transport over distances greater than 30 min. Especially for shipments in Attica, the packaged products are transported by refrigerator truck on the same day they were prepared from the company's headquarters in a refrigerated area in central Attica and immediately afterwards by courier to the place of delivery stated by the customer. If necessary during the courier, special ice packs are added to the boxes so that the products are kept at the appropriate temperature until they are received.
1. Our company takes all the necessary measures for the timely transfer of the order to the buyer within the basic delivery schedule. The delivery time of the order is the maximum, under normal circumstances, 24 hours after sending it. The delivery time of the order is agreed after contacting the customer. Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or accidental events or events beyond its control. In case of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you.
2. At the time of receipt of your order, it is advisable to carefully check the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the products you receive in order to detect any errors. Due to the nature of our products, most of which are meat products that can be easily spoiled, with a short expiration time and therefore vulnerable products, it is the customer's responsibility to maintain the products under refrigeration (0-4 οC) immediately after receiving it. It is recommended to cook them immediately after receipt or to store them immediately in a freezer (-18 οC) for future consumption.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. The company generally reserves the right to freely formulate its pricing policy, to modify the prices listed on the website and to change and / or withdraw the offers at any time with or without prior notice to the users of the website, who will be informed about the current each time a price from the relevant post on the website. If your order is canceled according to our Terms and Conditions, but you have already paid for the products, the value of the canceled order will be credited to the customer's account for use in a future order or the money will be refunded.
At the time of delivery, the customer must check the products he receives and if he finds that one of the products is defective or wrong, he fills in a quantitative receipt and returns the product to the carrier. The product which is not received at the time of delivery, is photographed on the spot and the photo is sent by the customer electronically to the email of our online store (email@example.com) along with the justification of non-receipt. The corresponding amount of the value of the returned product will then be credited to the customer's account for future order or will be refunded. Product returns are not accepted upon receipt.
